• 2015年8月1日、冬にしては暑い日になった。私はニュワス公園の北西に接するもう一つの大きい公園であるGuazu Metropolitano Parkに初めて行った。 この公園の面積はニュワス公園より広く一角にサッカー場があり、その他は手付かずの自然状態だがサイクリングロードが整備されている。 湖散歩道(Paseo Laguna TOTAL: 2930mts)を歩いて行くとプリンシパル湖 （Laguna Principal）がある。自然状態の湖と湿地帯が広がる。湖の周囲には林があり、そこに鳥の姿が見えた。
• On August 1, 2015, it was a hot day for winter. I went to Guazu Metropolitano Park which was another big park contracted northwest of Nu Guazu Park for the first time. The area of this park is larger than Nu Guazu Park, there are soccer grounds in one corner, and other areas are untouched natural state, but some cycling road is maintained. Walking the Lake promenade (Paseo Laguna TOTAL: 2930mts) I reached Principals Lake. I saw a natural lake and the damp area of natural environment. There was a forest around the lake and I saw some birds there.

On August 1, 2015, it was a hot day for winter. I went to Guazu Metropolitano Park which was another big park contracted northwest of Nu Guazu Park for the first time. 湖散歩道(Paseo Laguna TOTAL: 2930mts)を歩いて行くとプリンシパル湖（Laguna Principal）がある。 自然状態の湖と湿地帯が広がる。湖の周囲には林があり、そこに鳥の姿が見えた。
Walking the Lake promenade (Paseo Laguna TOTAL: 2930mts) I reached Principals Lake. I saw a natural lake and the damp area of natural environment. There was a forest around the lake and I saw some birds there.

タカが木の枝に止り翼を動かしていた。前かがみの姿勢をして翼を動かしているので獲物をたべているのかと思った。
A hawk perched on the branch of the tree and was moving wings. I thought whether it was eating game because it did forward bending posture and was moving wings.

写真を拡大して見ると広げた翼の模様も見えた。
The pattern of the wings which were opened was seen when the photos were enlarged.

タカは羽を閉じた。拡大写真を見ても獲物は見えない。
The hawk closed the wings. I do not see any game even if I enlarged the photos.

タカはまた翼を閉じて横を向いたので頭部の特徴が分かる。

タカは近くの別の木の梢に飛び移った。前より全身の特徴が分かる。
The hawk jumped to the treetop of another tree nearby. I can see the characteristic of the whole body than before.

タカはここでまた翼を広げた。最初、頭部と胸の羽毛の模様が以前みたタニシトビと似ていると思ったが、頭部を見ると くちばしが大きく顔つきがタニシトビとは異なる。さらに両足のモモの部分が薄茶色で横縞模様がある。
The hawk widened wings again here. First I thought that the pattern of the feather and the chest resembles the Snail kite that I saw before, but the bill is big and feather of the face is different. Furthermore, the part of the peach of both legs is light brown, and there is a lateral stripe pattern.

これらの特徴から、このタカは若いモモアカノスリと思われる。そして、翼を動かす動作を繰返していたのは飛行訓練なのだろう。
From these characteristics, this hawk seems to be a young Bay-winged hawk. And it will be flight training to have repeated movement of wings.

タカが飛んだ。湖の湖面近くを飛んでいる。力強い飛び方には見えない。やはりかなり若いモモアカノスリのようだ。
The hawk flew. It is flying near the surface of the lake. I do not see it for powerful flying. After all it is like a considerably young Bay-winged hawk.

そうか、これで疑問の1つが解けた。ニュワス公園で時々見かける猛禽類の何種類かはここで繁殖しているらしい。 それだけ手付かずの自然が残っているのだろう。
Now I understand one solution of the questions. Several kinds of Raptors that I sometimes see in Nu Guazu Park seem to be breeding in here. Untouched nature will be left in here.

Pantanos de Villa湿原で見たモモアカノスリ (Harris's Hawk encountered at Pantanos de Villa in Peru)

Pantanos de Villa湿原を歩いていたらタカが獲物をつかんで前方遠くを飛んで行くのに出会った。 この場所にはたった1時間の滞在だったが、猛禽類のリアルな営みを見ることができた。
I met a hawk flying far a head grabbed the prey when I was walking the Pantanos de Villa. It was a short stay of only one hour in this place, but I was able to see the real life of a birds of prey.

少し離れた場所に同じワシの別の個体がいる。この姿はハリスホークのようだ。
There is another eagle a little apart from the first. This figure seems to Harris Hawk.
