キガタヒメドリ (Ammodramus humeralis)

2014年9月13-14日、パラグアイ南部の広大な牧場、La Estancia La Gracielaへの野鳥観察ツアーに参加した。朝、グラシエラ牧場の草原を散策していると、スズメに似た小鳥に出会った。
September 13 to 14, 2014, I participated in the birding tour to the vast ranch in southern Paraguay, “La Estancia La Graciela”. When we were walking the prairie in the Graciela Ranch in the morning, I met a bird like a sparrow.

顔はパラグアイでよく見かけるアカエリシトドに似ている。この小鳥はホオジロ科のキガタヒメドリのようだ。
Face is similar to the Rufous-collared Sparrow commonly found in Paraguay. This bird seems to be the Grassland sparrow of Emberizidae.
