- 2015年12月8日、ニュワス公園と隣接するGuazu Metropolitano Parkの両方を散歩した。プリンシパル湖からの帰り道、川の岸辺に立つ柵の金網に見慣れない小鳥が止まっているのに気付いた。茶色っぽい色で尾羽が体と同じくらい長い。初めて見る小鳥だ。顔つきを見るとカマドドリに似ている。オオオナガカマドドリと分かった。なぜそんなに尾羽が長くなったの？
- On December 8, 2015, I strolled in Ñu Guazu Park and adjacent Guazu Metropolitano Park. On the way back from Principal Lake, I noticed a unfamiliar small bird perching on the wire netting of the fence which stood on the bank of the river. The body is brownish and the tail feather is long almost as same as the body. It is a small bird to see for the first time. The head resembles an ovenbird when I look at the look. I was able to identify the bird as Chotoy spinetail. Why did your tail feather get longer that much?

茶色っぽい色で尾羽が体と同じくらい長い。初めて見る小鳥だ。顔つきを見るとカマドドリに似ている。大きさはスズメと同じくらいで、後方にいるキバラオオタイランチョウより小さい。
The body is brownish and the tail feather is long almost as same as the body. It is a small bird to see for the first time. The head resembles an ovenbird when I look at the look. The size is about the same as a sparrow and is smaller than the Great kiskadee which is on the back.

天気がよいので陰の部分の色が分かりにくいが、喉に黒い斑点がある。オオオナガカマドドリと分かった。
Since the weather is good, the color in the shade is incomprehensible, but there is a black spot in the throat. I was able to identify the bird as Chotoy spinetail.

この姿勢を見るとカマドドリと分かる。でも、なぜそんなに尾羽が長くなったの？
I understand this bird to be an ovenbird after look at this posture. But, why did your tail feather get longer that much?
