- 2015年12月8日（宗教祝日）、ニュワス公園と隣接するGuazu Metropolitano Parkの両方を散歩した。プリンシパル湖の近くで小枝の間をせわしげに動き回る小鳥に気付いた。カメラのファインダーで見ると、縞模様のある小さいキツツキのようだ。小枝が邪魔で良い写真を撮れなかったが、初めて見るキツツキだった。
- On December 8, 2015 (religious holiday), I strolled in Nu Guazu Park and adjacent Guazu Metropolitano Park. Near Principal Lake, I noticed a small bird moving busily among the twigs of the tree nearby. It was like the small woodpecker with stroped pattern when I looked in the finder of the camera. The twigs were obstructive and I was not able to take good photos, but the bird was a woodpecker to see for the first time for me.

On December 8, 2015, I strolled in Nu Guazu Park and adjacent Guazu Metropolitano Park. Near Principal Lake, I noticed a small bird moving busily among the twigs of the tree nearby. It was like the small woodpecker with stroped pattern when I looked in the finder of the camera.

大きさはスズメくらい小さく、翼は茶色で腹部には白と黒の縞模様がある。頭部の前方には赤い羽毛がある。この特徴からこの小鳥はシロスジヒメキツツキのオスと思われる。
The size is like a sparrow, the wing is brown, and belly is barred feathers of black and white. The forehead is red. This bird seems to be a male of White-barred piculet from these characteristics.

小枝の間でもカメラの焦点は合っているが、小鳥は期待するような姿勢をとってくれない。
The focus of the camera matches even the bird is among the twigs, but the bird does not have posture as expected.
